How to make Dhaniya (Coriander seeds) Panjiri recipe (Krishna Janmashtami specil)

Ingredients :
  • 1/2 cup coriander seeds or powder 
  • 1/2cup lotus seeds (Makhana)
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar 
  • 1/4 cup raisin 
  • 4 green cardamom or powder 
  • 15 cashew nuts 
  • 10 almonds 
  • 1 tbsp ghee  
Method :
Heat a pan, roast coriander seeds until its aroma starts to spread. It took me for 1 minute on low flame for it happen and then removes it from the flame. In the same pan heat ghee and fry cashew, almonds until it turns light brown in color and then remove it from the flame. Now roast lotus seeds (makhana). Remove all nuts and keep it aside. In a mixture jar, add roasted coriander seeds and cardamom, make a fine powder of it and remove it and put it on a big bowl or a plate, add all ingredients and mix it well. Now your panjiri is ready. Store in an airtight container and is good to eat for at least a month.

All Ingredients 

 Roasted coriander with cardamom powder 

 Mix it well.

 Dhaniya panjiri is ready
