Spicy Garlic crunchy puffed rice (Lahshun wali masala Murmura) recipe





Ingredients : 
  • 200 gms. Murmura (puffed rice)
  • 1 tbsp garlic paste 
  • 1 tbsp red chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/2 cup roasted or fried peanuts 
Method : 
Heat oil in a heavy bottom pan. Add garlic paste and saute for few seconds. Now add red chili, turmeric powder, and salt. Stirring for 1 minute. Now add Murmura (puffed rice) and mix well. Stirring for 1-2 minutes on the lower flame. Add peanuts and mix them. Turn off the flame. Let it cool and store in an air-tight container.
