Garlic cheese bread recipe

 Ingredients :

For the dough,
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1/4 cup warm water
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 tsp yeast 
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt 
  •  1/2 tsp garlic paste or 2-3 garlic finely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp oregano 
  • 1 tbsp oil
For the garlic butter,
  • 1 tbsp butter melted 
  • 1 tsp garlic paste or garlic finely chopped
Other ingredients,
  • some flour to dust 
  • 1 small capsicum, finely chopped 
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped 
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese 
  •  chili flakes 
  • mixed herbs 
Method :
In a mixing bowl take warm water, sugar, and yeast. Mix well with a spoon. Rest for 10 minutes. Next, add salt, garlic paste or finely chopped and oregano. Add the flour and start to knead the dough. Punch the dough well and knead until the dough is smooth and soft. Now coat the dough with oil and rest for 2 hours.

Make Garlic Bread-

In a small bowl mix of butter, garlic paste or finely chopped. Now roll the dough out to 26cm diameter in a flour-dusted surface. Spread the prepared garlic butter over the dough. Spread grated cheese, capsicum, tomato, onion and a little of spices mix. Now apply water to the edges and fold over and press down the edges. Make marks over bread without cutting them fully.  Take garlic-butter and grease the bread with it. Sprinkle the chili flakes and mix herbs. If you like more of bread structure, let it rest for 30 minutes before baking. Bake in the preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 20 minutes. Or bake in the preheated pan or cooker for 20-25 minutes (I baked in a pan).
Cut it into pieces. Serve it hot with tomato sauce.
