Thai sweet and sour chili sauce recipe





Ingredients :
  • 5-6 Fresh red chilis, cut and remove seeds
  • 3-4 garlic cloves 
  • 1/2 cup sugar 
  • 1/2 tsp salt or salt to taste 
  • 4 tbsp white vinegar or Apple cider vinegar 
 Method :


Saute chilies and garlic for a minute. Now crush the chilies and garlic in a grinder. Put crushed red chilies-garlic, salt, and sugar in a heavy bottomed pan. Cook for 4-5 minutes on the medium flame. Now add vinegar and cook again 2-3 minutes. Remove from the heat and completely cool down. Serve it any dishes. You can store in clean and dried jars.
