Fruits papdi chaat recipe

Ingredients :

  • 6-7 papdi (small crispy puris)
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and finely chopped
  • 1-2 tbsp mayonnaise  
  • some seasonal fruits, chopped (Strawberry, grapes, pomegranate, Apple, mango etc)   
  • 1-2 tbsp tamarind chutney (your choice) or any sweet fruits syrup 
  • Nylon Sev and boondi for garnishing (your choice) 
  • 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder 
  • 1 tsp chaat masala powder 
Method :

Arrange 6-7 papdis on a serving plate. Top with chopped banana. Then add mayonnaise and some chopped fruits. Add tamarind chutney or any sweet fruits syrup. Sprinkle chaat masala, cumin powder on the top. Now lastly sprinkle some sev and fried boondi (your choice not necessary). Serve it immediately.
