Fresh Parsley stir-fried rice recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 bowl cooked rice 
  • 1/2 cup green peas 
  • 1/2 cup parsley puree or fresh coriander leaves puree 
  • 1 small onion, chopped 
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil 
  • 1 tsp garlic paste 
  • 1/2 red chili powder 
  • salt to taste 
  • 2 tbsp lime juice 
  • 1 tsp roasted sesame seeds 

Method :

Heat butter or oil in a pan, add onion, saute for a minute. Add garlic paste saute for few seconds. Now add parsley puree or coriander leaves puree, saute for 2 minutes on medium flame. Add green peas, salt, and red chili powder. Mix well. Cook for 2-3 minutes. Add cooked rice and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add lime juice and sesame seeds. Mix well. Turn of the flame. Serve it hot or cool. You can pack into Tiffin Box.
