Roasted Capsicum chutney recipe

Ingredients :
  • 1 big capsicum 
  • 1/2 cup coriander leaves, chopped 
  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds 
  • 4-5 garlic cloves 
  • 1-2 green chilies 
  • salt to taste 
  • 2-3 tbsp lemon juice 
Method :

Roast the capsicum on stove top till dark spot appears from all sides. Allow it to cool. Slit the capsicum and remove the seeds. Then grind them together through in a mixture to a smooth paste. Now transfer to a bowl. Serve it with pakode, paratha or roll.
