Sugar- Free kaju katli recipe




Ingredients :
  • 1 cup cashew nuts powder 
  • 2 cups milk 
  • 1/4 tsp cardamom powder 
  • 1/2 tsp ghee 
Method :
In a heavy bottom, pan add milk. Heat the milk and once the milk starts boiling continue stirring it continuously. After some time, milk will start becomes thick. Now add ghee, cashew powder and cardamom powder. Mix well. Turn off the flame. Grease the back side of a steel thali or put a butter paper. Cool the cashew mixture until it makes a smooth dough. Put kaju mixture on the greased thali or butter paper. Roll it out into 1/3 inch thick round shape using a rolling pin or with your palm. Cut it using knife into diamond shaped pieces. Let it cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy your sugar-free kaju katli.
