Simple Bhel recipe


 Simple Bhel 

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup puffed rice 
  • 2-3 tbsp green chutney, sweet and salty chutney
  • 2 tbsp onion, finely chopped
  • 1-2 green chillies finely chopped (optional)  
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts 
  • 2-3 tbsp Aloo bhujia (namkin sev)
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 1 pinch of salt 
  • 1 tsp chaat masala 
Method :

In a big bowl, add the puffed rice, green chilli and onion. Add chutney, peanuts, salt, lemon juice, chaat masala and Aloo bhujia. Mix well with a big spoon. Before serving, garnish with some onion, aloo bhujia and a pinch chaat masala powder. Serve it immediately.
