Chawal atte ki mulayam roti(Soft rice flour roti) recipe

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt 
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1+1/2 cups water (adjust)
Method :

In a pan, add water, salt and oil. Bring this to a boil over medium to high heat. Add in rice flour and turn off the flame. Combine water and flour with a spoon as much as you can. Now transfer this to a big bowl or big dish (thali) and cool it for 10 minutes at room temperature. While its warm, sprinkle water little at a time and knead this into a soft dough. Divide it into 9-10 equal portions, roll them into balls. Now shape each ball into roti by dusting with dry rice flour and rolling like a regular roti.
Now place the roti on a heat tawa and turn over in few seconds. Now cook the roti both sides on medium heat until golden spots appear and remove from the heat. Serve it with any vegetables or sabzi.
