Mango Raita recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup of thick curd
  • 2-3 tbsp ripe mango cubes 
  • 1 tbsp Honey or sugar 
  • 1 tbsp mint leaves, finely chopped
  • chili flakes to sate 
  • 1-2 pinch of black salt or white salt 
Method :

In a mixing bowl, add curd and salt. Whisk until smooth, add mango cubes, honey or sugar, mint leaves, chili flakes and mix well. Now transfer the raita to a serving bowl. Garnish with few pieces mango cubes, sprinkle some mint leaves, chili flakes and few drops honey. Serve chill with paratha, biryani and pulao.
