Cheesy Garlic Rice Stir-fry Recipe





Ingredients :
  • 1 bowl cooked rice
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp red pepper, chopped 
  • 2 tbsp capsicum, chopped 
  • salt to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp vinegar 
  • 2 tbsp cheese, grated 
Method :

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and fry it for few seconds. Add onion, red chilli pepper, capsicum and saute for 1-2 minutes on a medium flame. Add the cooked rice, all spices and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add vinegar and mix well. Turn off the flame. Transfer into a serving plate. Layer with grated cheese on the top. Serve while hot.
