Banana and Mango Mousse easy recipe





Ingredients : 
  • 1 cup ripe mango chunks or pulp 
  • 2 small bananas, peeled and chopped 
  • 15-20 cashew nuts 
  • 4-5 tbsp milk, as needed
  • few dry fruits for garnishing
Method :
Cashew, soaked in water for at least 30 minutes. Drain and rinse it. In a high-powered blender or food processor, combine cashews, banana and mango pulp until smooth and creamy. Add milk and blend once more to incorporate. Transfer in a bowl and keep it into a freezer for 30 minutes. After it is chilled, transfer into a serving bowl or glass. Garnishing with few dry fruits. Serve it chill.
