Sweet potato (sakarkand) smoothie recipe




Ingredients :
  • 1 medium size sweet, boiled, peeled and mashed
  • 4 cup cold milk
  • Sugar according to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp green cardamom powder
  • Few dry fruits, chopped (Almonds, raisin, walnut, cashew nut, pistachio) 
Method :

Blend the sweet potato, sugar and 1 cup of cold milk. Make a smooth and creamy paste. Now add more cups of milk and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth. Transfer into a big bowl. Garnish with dry fruits. Serve it at fasting time or for breakfast or at any anytime you fancy as this is a very healthy.
