Simple Gobi-Mutter (cauliflower-green peas) stir-fried rice



Ingredients :

  • 1 bowl cooked rice 
  • 1 onion chopped 
  • 1 big tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green peas 
  • 1/2 cup cauliflower, finely chopped 
  • 1 onion, chopped 
  • 1 green chilli, chopped 
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala 
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 
  • salt to taste 
  • 1 tbsp oil or 1/2 tbsp butter 

Method :
Heat oil or butter in a pan, add onion, green chilli and saute till golden brown. Add chopped tomato, cauliflower, salt, red chilli powder and garam masala, saute for 2-3 minutes on medium flame. Add green peas and rice, stir for 2-3 minutes on high flame. Turn off the flame. Serve it hot.
