Crispy masala Murmura(Spicy puffed rice) recipe

Ingredients :
  • 2 cup puffed rice (Murmura)
  • 2-3 tbsp peanuts 
  • few curry leaves
  • a pinch of salt 
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric 
  • 1 tsp chaat masala 
Method :
Heat oil in a pan and fry peanuts, transfer them into a plate. In the same pan, add curry leaves, turmeric powder, salt and red chilli. Now, add puffed rice and mix well. Saute for 2-3 minutes on low flame. Turn off the flame. Add fried peanuts and chaat masala powder, mix well. Store it in an air tight jar.
