Spring onion(Hare pyaz) ki chutney recipe





Ingredients :

  • 5-6 pieces spring onion, finely chopped 
  • 2 green chillies 
  • salt to taste 
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp oil 
  • 1 tbsp roasted sesame seeds 

Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add the spring onion and saute for 2-3 minutes or till the spring onion shrinks. Turn off the flame. Then cool the spring onion into room temperature. Now grind into fine paste with green chilli, sesame seeds, salt and lemon juice. Transfer into a bowl and garnish with sesame seeds. Serve it with chapati, paratha, vada and pakora etc.
