Instant Aloo-Dahi (potato-curd) chaat recipe

Ingredients :
For 1 plate,
  • 1 big potato, boil and cut into small cubes 
  • 1 tsp corn flour (optional) 
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 1 tbsp onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 green chilli, finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp green gram sprouts (Moong sprouts)
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • a pinch of red chilli powder 
  • 1/4 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • rock salt to taste 
  •  4 tbsp whisk curd 
  • 2-3 tbsp any sweet chutney 
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves for garnishing 
  • 1 tbsp salted boondi for garnishing 
Method :
Mix potato, cornflour, a pinch of red chilli powder and a pinch of rock salt in a plate or bowl. Heat 1 tsp oil in a tawa or pan, add potato and stir-fry on medium flame. Cook it for 2-3 minutes. Remove on a plate and keep aside for cooling. After 5-6 minutes, place the fried potato in serving plate and top them with onion, green chilli, sprouts, curd and sweet chutney. Sprinkle the spices powders and rock salt. Garnish with boondi and coriander leaves. Serve it anytime.
