Green beans With Garlic Stir-fry Recipe

Ingredients :
  • 250 grams of green beans 
  • 4 garlic cloves, very finely chopped 
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 tbsp SPRIG Tangier spice blend
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • Salt to taste
Method : 
Wash and dry beans with a towel. Trim the both sides. Heat oil in a pan, add onion and garlic saute for few seconds. Add green beans and sprinkle some salt over it. Stir well. Add in 4-5 tbsps of water and cover it with a lid. Cook them on low flame for 5-7 minutes. After some minutes, open the pan and sprinkle Sprig Tangier spice and mix well. Turn off the flame. Transfer it to a serving plate. Seasoning with a pinch of spring Tangier masala powder. Serve it hot.
