Vegetables cheesy fried Kathi Roll recipe

Ingredients :

For dough-
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour(maida)
  • 2 tbsp rice flour 
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • oil for deep frying 
For filling- 
  • 2 cups mix vegetables, finely chopped (capsicum, carrots, corn, green chilli, onion and garlic)
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese 
  • 2 pinches salt 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1 tsp pizza mix masala
Method :

For filling-
In a plate or bowl mix all finely chopped vegetables, spices and salt and keep aside.

For dough-
In a big bowl, add both flours, salt, oil and using water knead into a smooth dough. Divide the dough into small balls and roll out each one into a thin circle.  Now put the vegetable mixture on the circle's corner and roll it tightly. Seal the edges using the few drops water or flour paste and keep aside. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry them till golden brown in colour and crisp. Remove them on a kitchen towel or tissue paper. Serve it hot with tomato ketchup or any sauce of your liking.
