Spring onion's (Hare pyaz) small pakode recipe



Ingredients :
  • 1 bowl spring onion, finely chopped
  •  2 green chillies, chopped 
  • 1 tbsp rice flour
  • 4 tbsp gram flour (besan)
  • salt to taste 
  • 1 tsp chaat masala powder 
  •  1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds 
  • 1/2 tsp onion seeds (kalonji)
  • 1/4 tsp carom seeds 
  • 1/2 tsp fennel seeds 
  • water as required
  • oil for frying 
Method : 
Clean, wash with water and finely chopped spring onion.
In a big bowl, add spring onion, green chilli, salt, rice flour, gram flour, all seeds and all spices powder. Add little water and mix well. Heat oil in a deep fry pan. Take the mixture in hand and sprinkle them into the hot oil. Deep fry the pakodas. Fry till they are golden brown colour and crisp from all sides. Spring onion pakoda are ready to eat. Serve hot with tea.
