Healthy gobi(cauliflower) kebab recipe (No used maida and cornflour)



Ingredients :
  • 2 cup cauliflower, grated 
  • 1/2 cup carrot, grated 
  • 2 tbsp capsicum, finely chopped 
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped 
  • 1 onion, finely chopped 
  • 4 garlic cloves, grated or finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped 
  • 1 cup wheat flour 
  • 2 tbsp rice flour 
  • salt to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala powder 
  • ghee or oil for shallow frying  

Method :
Combine all ingredients, add in a big bowl and mix well. Take mixture in your hand palm and make small balls from the prepared mixture. Flatten and give a proper shape of round. Heat ghee or oil in a pan or tawa and shallow fry until turns to golden brown colour. In the same ways, make all the kebabs. Serve it hot with any sauce or chutney.
