Chickpeas Hummus recipe





Ingredients :
  • 1 big bowl chickpeas, boil 
  • 2 tbsp roasted sesame seeds or tahini paste 
  • 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lime juice 
  • 3 green chillies 
  • 4 garlic cloves 
  • 1/2 tsp salt or salt to taste 
  • 4 tbsp Chipotle Sauce 
Method :
Combine the chickpeas, sesame seeds, green chillies, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, salt and SPRIG'S Chipotle sauce in the jar of the blender or food processor. Pulse them until a smooth paste forms. Transfer to a bowl and garnish with olive oil and a few drops of Chipotle sauce. Serve it with pita chips, nachos and Indian paratha. Hummus will also keep for up to a week in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
