Lahsun flavor (Garlic flavor water) pani puri recipe






Garlic flavor pani puri is awesome in taste. This method is very easy. My family loved this.
I hope everyone likes this.

Ingredients :
  • 4 Garlic cloves 
  • 1 tbsp red chilli powder 
  • 1/2 tsp black salt 
  • 1/4 tsp citric acid (Nimbu phool) for sour 
  • salt to taste 
  • 2-3 glasses of cold water
  • 2 tbsp fried Boondi for garnishing 
Method :
In a mixer jar, add garlic, red chilli powder, black salt, citric acid with 4 tbsp water and make a fine paste. Transfer it in a big bowl and add water in the paste, increase the amount of salt or black salt according to your taste, mix well. Garnish with fried boondis and fill the puris with this paani and enjoy.
