Karare bhindi(Crisp Ladyfinger) recipe

Ingredients :
  • 250 grams Ladyfingers (Bhindi)
  • 1 tbsp rice flour or cornflour 
  • 1/2 tbsp gram flour (Besan)
  • 1/4 tsp black salt 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1/4 tsp dry mango(amchur)powder 
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala 
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
  • Oil for frying 
Method :
Wash bhindi and dry it with a towel. Remove the stem and cut them into thin slices. Put the bhindi in a plate or bowl, add cornflour or rice flour, gram flour, black salt and all spices and mix well and keep aside for 5 minutes. Heat oil in a pan and drop the bhindi slices into the hot oil. Deep fry on medium flame till golden brown color  and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. Sprinkle a pinch of  chaat masala and serve it hot.
