Gajer-Moong (Carrot-green gram) ke shallow fried kebab recipe


Ingredients :
  • 1 bowl green gram sprout (Moong sprout)
  • 2 medium potatoes boiled, peeled and grated
  • 2-3 green chillies, chopped 
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 onion, finely chopped 
  • 1 cup carrot, grated 
  • a small piece ginger or dry ginger powder (I used ginger powder, soonth)
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala 
  • salt to taste
  •  oil for shallow fry
Method: 
In a blender, add green gram sprout, ginger powder or ginger, garlic and blend it. Now add onion, salt, grated potatoes, grated carrot, green chilli and garam masala, mix well. Now take some mixture in hand and give round kebab shape.  Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a  non-stick tawa or pan, add kebabs and cook it on both sides till they are light brown colour. Serve it hot with any chutney or sauce.
