Corn dahi kebabs recipe




Ingredients :
  • 1 bowl corn (1 corn cob)
  • 2 tbsp curd 
  • 2 tbsp cheese 
  • 2 tbsp rice flour 
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped 
  • 3 green chillies
  • 4 garlic 
  • 1 small piece ginger 
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala 
  • salt to taste 
  • oil for shallow fry 
Method :
In a grinder jar, add corn, ginger, garlic, curd, cheese and green chillies. And grind them and make a smooth and creamy paste. And put them in a mixing bowl, add onion, red chilli powder, salt, rice flour, garam masala and black pepper powder and mix well. Heat a non-stick tawa, add 1 tbsp oil, add a spoonful mixture on the heat non-stick tawa and shallow fry on the medium flame. After 1 minute, flip  kebab and cook both sides till brown in colour. Remove on a plate. Serve with tomato sauce or any chutney.

Note.
This kebab is very delicate, please make it very carefully or it may break.
