Puffed rajgira or Amarnath or Ramdana ka kheer recipe



Ingredients :

  • 1 cup puffed Rajgira 
  • 1 tsp ghee 
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 tsp green cardamom powder 
  • a pinch of saffron (optional) 
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachio 
  • 1 tbsp raisin
Method :

Heat ghee in a heavy bottom pan or vessel, add puffed rajgira and toast for 1 minute on the low flame. After tosting puffed rajgira, add milk and bring it to boil and cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Now, add sugar and mix them. Turn off the heat. Add cardamom, pistachio, raisin and mix well. Garnish with saffron. Serve it hot and cool.
