Moringa leaves crunchy pakora recipe (Drumstick leaves fried)

Ingredients : 
  • 2 bowls Moringa leaves (Drumstick leaves)
  • 4 tbsps gram flour (Besan)
  • 2 tbsps cornflour or rice flour 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 
  • 2-3 green chillies, finely chopped 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 
  • a pinch of asafoetida (Hing)
  • salt to taste  
  • water as required 
  • oil for frying 
Method :
Clean, wash and dry moringa leaves. Take a mixing bowl, add moringa leaves, green chillies, black pepper powder, besan, rice flour or cornflour, salt, hing, turmeric, red chilli powder, water as required and mix well.
 Now heat oil and drop a spoonful or small  flat  of moringa leaves mixture in oil and deep fry the pakoras till they turn golden brown and crunchy. Now drain on the plate and serve with any sauce and chutney.
