Kasuri Methi- Aloo (dried fenugreek leaves-potato) stir-fry sabzi recipe

This Kasuri Methi Aloo takes only 6-7 minutes to be ready and it tastes extremely amazing, not at all bitter. Also, it smells delicious.

Ingredients :
  • 3 big size potatoes, boiled, peel them and cut them into cubes.
  • 1/2 cup Kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder 
  • salt to taste 
  • 4-5 green chillies, cut into lengthwise 
  • 1 onion, chopped 
  • 2 tbsp oil 
Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add Kasuri methi saute for 20 seconds on medium flame. Add chopped onion and green chillies, saute for 1 minutes. Now add potato, salt, turmeric and red chilli powder, saute for 5 minutes on high flame. Turn off the heat. Serve it with roti, puri and paratha.
