Mac and cheese recipe

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups Macaroni pasta 
  • 1 cup grated cheese 
  • 2 tbsp all-purpose flour 
  • 3 tbsp butter 
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp mixed pasta masala
  •  Mixed pasta masala for garnishing 

Method :
Cook the macaroni pasta in salted boiling water for 5-7 minutes. Now drain hot water and run cold water over the pasta to stop cooking. Heat a non-stick pan, add butter and flour, stir for 1 minute on the medium flame. Add milk, mix well and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame. After 5 minutes, add black pepper, salt and mix well. Check whether your sauce is thick and then turn off the heat. Now add grated cheese and mixed pasta masala, stir until the cheese has melted into the white sauce. Now put boiled macaroni in and mix well so that the pasta is coated generously with the sauce. Cook again for 1 minute on the medium flame. Stir once again. Garnish with pasta masala and serve hot.
