Simple mix vegetables with soya chunks kheema recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 cup soya chunks, boiled, dried and finely chopped 
  • 1 capsicum, finely chopped 
  • 2 carrots finely chopped 
  • 1 onion finely chopped 
  • 1 tbsp garlic, grated or finely chopped 
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped 
  • 1/4 tsp crushed black pepper 
  • salt to taste 
  •  1 tsp cornflour with 2 tbsp water mixture 
  • 2 tbsp tomato sauce 
  • 2 tbsp soya sauce 
  • 1 tbsp oil 

Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic and onion, saute for few seconds. Now, add green chilli, capsicum, carrot, salt and stir for 1 minute on the medium flame. Now, add soya chunks and stir for 2-3 minutes. Add tomato sauce and cornflour and mix fast. And add soya sauce and crushed black pepper, mix well. Turn off the flame. Serve it with roti, paratha.
