Wheat flour and Oatmeal eggless pan cake recipe

Ingredients :
  • 1 cup wheat flour
  • 1/2 cup Oatmeal flour 
  • 1 tbsp all purpose flour (Maida)
  • 1 ripe banana, peeled and mashed 
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon powder 
  • 1 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 tbsp Butter 
  • 2-3 tbsp sugar 
  • 1 cup milk
  • Butter for shallow fry 

Method :

Grind banana and sugar, add milk and make into a milk shake. Now in a big bowl, add all flours, cinnamon powder, baking powder and mix them. Now add banana milk mixture and mix well, add butter and mix them.  Heat a non-stick tava and sprinkle some butter turn the flame on low after the tava is hot, drop a big spoon full of batter and cover with lid. After 1 minute open lid and flip cake and cook both sides till light golden brown in colour. Serve it with any sweet sauce.
