Beetroot ka khatta-meetha slushie recipe

Ingredients :

  • 2 glasses beetroot juice
  • 2 glasses water 
  • 2 cups sugar or sugar powder 
  • 1/2 cup of lime juice 
  • black salt for taste 

Method :
In a big bowl or Jug, add beetroot juice, water and sugar or sugar powder and mix them. When sugar dissolves completely, add lemon juice and mix well. Then pour it into kulfi moulds and keep it in freezer for 1-2 hours. After it freezes take it out and sprinkle it with black salt and enjoy it in the summer season.
