Gobi (Cauliflower) ka vada recipe




Ingredients :
  • 2 cups cauliflower, grated 
  • 1/2 cup gram flour(Besan)
  • 2 tbsp rice flour 
  • 2-3 green chillies finely chopped
  • 1 small onion finely chopped 
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 
  • a pinch of Asafoetida (Hing)
  • salt to taste 
  • Oil for frying 

Method :
In a big bowl, add grated cauliflower, gram and rice flour, salt, green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder, Hing, onion. Now, add little water (2-3 tbsp water) and mix well with hand. Heat oil in a pan. Take cauliflower mixture, make them into flat round shape and fry till they are golden brown colour. Now remove it to a plate. Serve it with any sauce or chutney.
