Sweet corn (Makai) ke Kebab recipe

Ingredients :

  • 1 Bowl sweet corn (Kachcha makai daana)
  • 2 big potatoes, boiled, peeled, mashed 
  • 5-6 garlic cloves 
  • 2 pieces small ginger 
  • 1 small piece ginger 
  • 2 green chillies
  • 1 chopped finely onion 
  • 2 tbsp all purpose flour (maida)
  • salt to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • few corn flour or bread crumbs for rolling 
  • Oil for frying 

Method :
In a mixer, add sweet corn, garlic-ginger, green chillies and grind them, without water. Grind till it forms a smooth and creamy paste. In a big bowl, add corn paste, mashed potato, chopped onion, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala, flour and mix well. Now, make it into roll and coat it cornflour or bread crumbs and keep aside. Now, heat oil and deep fry the sweet corn kebab till it golden brown colour. Now, drain it on absorbent paper. It serve with sauce and chutney.
