Mutter- Masala fried rice recipe

Mutter-Masala fried rice 

Ingredients :

  • 1 Bowl cooked rice
  • 1 medium onion finely chopped 
  • 1/2 cup green peas 
  • 2 tomatoes chopped +1/2 capsicum chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste 
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder 
  • salt to taste 
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Method : 
Put chopped capsicum and chopped tomato in a blender and make finely paste. Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion saute till light golden brown. Now, add garlic-ginger paste and saute for few seconds. Now, add the tomato-capsicum ground paste and saute for two minutes. Add salt, red chilli powder, green peas and saute for 2 minutes. Now, add cooked rice and stir for 1 minute on the medium flame. Add black pepper and mix well. Turn off the flame. Serve hot.
