Vegetables Triple Schezuan Fried Rice 

Ingredients : 
  • 1 Bowl cooked rice
  • 1 Bowl boiled Hakka Noodles 
  • 1 cup cabbage thinly chopped 
  • 1/2 cup capsicum thinly chopped 
  • 1 carrot finely chopped 
  • 2 green chillies chopped 
  • 4-5 cloves garlic finely chopped or grated  
  • 1 onion finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp spring onion finely chopped 
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp cooking vinegar 
  • 1 tbsp Soya sauce 
  • 2 tbsp Schezuan sauce 

Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, green chilli and saute for few seconds. Add garlic paste and saute for few sec. Now add all chopped vegetables, salt and saute for few minutes. Add Schezuan sauce and mix well. Now add Soya sauce, Vinegar, chopped spring onion. And just add boiled Noodles and cooked rice and saute for 2 minutes on hight flame, turn off the flame. Serve hot with gravy manchurian.
