Vegetables mix potato grilled sandwich recipe (Without oil, Butter)

Ingredients :
  • 6 pieces brown or white bread
  • 2 potatoes boiled peeled and mashed 
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 tomato finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp carrot finely hopped 
  • 2 tbsp capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp cauliflower finely chopped 
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 4-5 cloves grated garlic 
  • 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves 
  • 2 tbsp grated cheese 
  • salt to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper 
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala 
  • 4 tbsp coriander chutney
Method :
In a large bowl or plate, add mashed potato, carrot, capsicum, cauliflower, onion, garlic, tomato, green chillies, salt, black pepper, garam masala, cheese and mix well. Now take a slice of bread, spread a tbsp green coriander chutney on it. After then put  potato and vegetables mixture on the bread slice and top it with another bread slice on which coriander chutney has been applied. Heat the tawa over medium heat and toast both sides of the sandwich on the low flame, until the bread slices are the light golden brown. Once, its is, cut the sandwich into pieces and serve with tomato ketchup and green chutney.
