Vegetables Frankie recipe (Only of wheat flour)

Ingredients :
For Roti,
  • 1 cup wheat flour 
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1/3 cup of water 
For Vegetables Filling,
  • 2 cup cabbage, thinly chopped
  • 1/2 cup Cauliflower, finely chopped 
  • 1 capsicum, thinly chopped 
  • 1/2 cup cottage cheese (paneer) cubes 
  • 1 onion, thinly chopped 
  • 2 green chillies, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste 
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper 
  • 2 tbsp schezuan sauce 
  • 1/2 cup tamarind chutney or pizza sauce or green sauce (any chutney or sauce)
  • Oil or butter for Frankie  

Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add onion, green chillies and saute for few second. Add garlic-ginger paste and saute for few more seconds. Now add, all chopped vegetables, salt and stir for 2 minutes on medium flame. Now add, paneer (cottage cheese), mix well. Add schezuan sauce, black pepper and saute for 1 minute. Turn off the flame.

Now preparation for Roti,
In a bowl mix flour, salt and oil. Add water to make firm and smooth dough, adjust the water as pie the need. Divide into 4-5 equal parts. Now take a part of the dough ball and press both sides of it in dry flour, this will help in rolling. Roll the dough thin. Now heat the tawa over medium-high and sprinkle few drops of oil. Place the roti over tawa for about few seconds, roti will change in the colour lightly and puff  at different places. Now flip the roti over and lightly press, flip it again roti should have light golden colour on both sides. Now take a tbsp sauce or chutney and put it over a flat surface, spread. Now put over it 2-3 tbsp of vegetables wrap roll it length wise. Remove the Frankie from the flame. Serve with any sauce or chutney.
