Eggless tutti- frutti cake recipe

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 4 tbsp vegetable oil or melted butter 
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract 
  • 4 tbsp tutti-frutti
Method :
Preheat oven to 180 degrees or cooker for 10 minutes. Grease the pan with 1 tbsp oil and dust with  flour on the pan. Set the pan ready and keep aside. Now, In a large bowl, Sieve flour, baking soda, baking powder. Now give a  mix with spoon to mix all ingredients together and set aside. Now, In a big bowl, add sugar, milk, vanilla essence and oil. Using whisk, mix it well till the sugar completely dissolves. Now add the all sieved flour to the whisked ingredients in two sections. Now fold the mixture using whisk or spoon slowly until no lumps in the batter.  Do not over mix the batter. Now, add 3 tbsp tutti-frutti to the batter. Gently mix and pour the batter into greased pan. Now, sprinkle more 1 tbsp tutti-frutti on the top. Now bake at 180 degrees for 35-40 minutes or bake in the cooker for 35 minutes. Now check with a toothpick or knife, if it comes out clean, remove the cake pan from oven or cooker and cool down for 15-20 minutes. Now run the knife on the sides of the cake and invert the cake,  place it in plate or wire rack. Cool the cake and cut to serve.
