Chai Masala (Tea masala) recipe



Ingredients :

  • 1 tbsp green cardamom (Hari elainchi)
  • 8-10 Black cardamom (badi elainchi)
  • 2 tbsp black pepper (kali miri dana)
  • 3-4 cinnamon sticks  medium size (dalchini ya dalchini ka powder)
  • 1 tbsp cloves (Loung)
  • 2-3 megnut flower or 1 megnut (jayphal ya javitri)
  • 3 pieces dried ginger or 2 tbsp dry ginger powder (sonth ya sonth powder)

Method :
Heat pan and roast to all spices on the slow flame for 1-2 minutes. Now, mix all the spices and grind them and make to a fine powder. Now store the chai masala (Tea spices) mix in airtight container. You can use, 1/4 tsp chai masala powder for 1 cup tea.
