Achari (Pickle) Rice fry recipe




Ingredients :

  • 1 bowl cooked rice
  • 1 tbsp oil 
  • 1 onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice 
  • 2 green chillies chopped 
  • 1 tbsp pickle's masala oil (Achar ka masala tel) 
  • salt to taste 

Method :
Heat oil in a pan, add chopped onion, green chillies and saute for 30 sec. Now add cooked rice, salt and saute for 2 minutes. Now add pickle's masala oil and lemon juice, mix well.Turn off the flame. Serve hot with onion slice.
