Home made paneer (cottage cheese) recipe

Home made paneer (cottage cheese)

Ingredients :

  • 1 liter milk
  • 2 tbsp vinegar or 1 lemon of juice 
  • a cotton cloth 
  • cold water for wash paneer (cottage cheese)

Method :
Take milk in a pan and let it heat and remove the milk from the heat. Now slowly-slowly add vinegar or lemon juice solution and the milk will start cuddling. Now strain the cuddled milk in a cotton cloth. And rinse it under running cold water to remove the smell of the vinegar or lemon juice. Now make a knot to the cotton cloth, squeeze any excess water and hang it for about 1 hour to remove excess whey (paneer ka paani) and put in to fridge for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes remove the cloth and cut it to cubes.
