Cheesy corn recipe

Cheesy corn 

Ingredients :
  • 2 cups corn (makai)
  • 1 tbsp butter 
  • 1-2 pinches salt 
  • 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper 
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 4 tbsp tomato sauce 
  • 1 tbsp garlic finely chopped
  •  2 chopped green chillies
Method :
Heat butter in a pan, add garlic and saute for a few sec. Now add corn, salt, green chillies and stir. After 1 minute, add tomato sauce and saute for 1 minute on the medium flame. Now add, cheese and black pepper and stir until it's nice a melted switch off. Serve it hot.
