Easy and simple kalakand recipe


Kalakand 

Ingredients :

  • 2 cups cottage cheese (Paneer)
  • 1/2 cup sugar  
  • milk powder 1 tbsp 
  • 1/2 tsp cardamom powder 
  • 6-7 chopped almonds 
  • 1/2 tsp ghee for greasing
Method :
Before, grease a plate with  ghee and keep aside.
Cottage cheese, sugar and milk powder, add in a thick bottom vessel. And cook over a low flame till the mixture thickens and leave the vessel sides (approximately 15-20 minutes). Now add the cardamom powder and mix well. Now switch off the flame and spread the mixture on the greased plate and garnish with chopped almonds and allow the mixture to cool. After cool, cut the Kalakand
into square sized and serve.
