Dried Paneer tikka recipe


Paneer Tikka

Ingredients :
  • 200 gm. paneer (Cottage cheese) blocks 
  • 2 tbsp curd 
  • 1 tsp garlic-ginger paste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/4 tsp garam masala
  • 1/2 tsp dried mango powder (Aamchur powder)
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp tomato sauce 
  • 2 pinch of salt 
  • 1/2 tsp butter or oil for shallow frying 
Method :
Combine the all ingredients, add in a bowl and mix well and keep aside for 15-20 minutes. Now heat a tawa (non-stick tawa is better) and add butter or oil and shallow fry the masala mix paneer on both sides and remove in a plate. Serve it hot.
