Carrots-potatoes kebab recipe

A healthy Kebab 

Ingredients :

  • 3 potatoes boiled, peeled and grated 
  • 2 medium size grated carrots 
  • 1 onion finely chopped
  • 1 capsicum finely chopped
  • 2 green chillis chopped 
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese 
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp  red chilli powder 
  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder 
  • 2 tbsp cornflour or 1/2 cup of Bread crumb  
  • salt to taste
  • oil for shallow fry 
Method :

Combine the all ingredients, add in a big bowl and mix well. Now take mixture in your hand palm and make small balls from the prepared mixture. Now flatten and give a proper shape of round  kebab. Now heat oil in a  tawa and shallow fry until turns to golden brown colour. In the same way, make all the kebabs. Serve with sauce or chutney.
