How to make veg. munchurian in the Appum patra recipe




Ingredients:

Grated vegetables, 
  • 1 cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2 cup grated cauliflower 
  • 1/2 cup grated carrot 
  • 1 chopped onion or spring onion 
  • 2 chopped green chilies 
  • 1 tbsp garlic-ginger paste 
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp cornflour 
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour (maida)
  •  1 tbsp oil 
Method :
Mix all Ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Now make balls and keep aside. Now heat 1-1 drop of oil in the Appum patra. Now put veg. balls and fry on the low flame. After 1-2 minutes flip and fry other side till it is golden brown and the remove. Serve hot with garlic chutney.
