Gobi (cauliflower) pakoda recipe

Gobi pakora
Ingredients :

  • 1 small gobi, chopped into pieces 
  • 1 cup gram flour
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chili powder
  • a pinch hing
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • needed of water 
  • oil for frying 
Method :
In a bowl, add all ingredients and make a thick batter. Heat oil in pan and deep frying cauliflower fritters. Fry till they turn golden brown colour and drain the oil. Serve hot with any chutney.
